How do we book you guys?
Easy – just send us an email with information about your needs and we'll get back with you.
We use another company for school pictures, can we get out of our contract?
Yes, of course! Contracts are not legally binding. Just tell your old company that your families deserve better. We'll make sure that your transition will be smooth. And we promise that families will be thanking you for making the change.
Our school needs student ID's and class portraits - can you do these too?
Absolutely, we can help you with all your administrative needs.
Do you offer any donations back to our school?
Yes we do. We can offer a number of give backs–just let us know your needs.
How do I order?
NEW FOR FALL 18: In an effort to be environmentally conscious, we are primarily offering electronic order forms this year. There will be paper order forms in the office for those that prefer to order this way. Please contact us for the link to your schools electronic order form. Forms are due ON PICTURE DAY or there will be a $10 late fee.
FOR PRESCHOOLS: Orders will be online to view and purchase four weeks after Picture Day. You will not need to pre-order.
Can I see my child's portrait before I order?
Yes! Please select to "view proofs" on your order form and we will email you three options to choose from. If not, we will fill your order with the portrait we think is the best. Either choice is a good one!
FOR PRESCHOOLS: You will be able to view three complimentary proofs online four weeks after Picture Day.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes– if you are not happy with your portraits we will refund 100% of your payment. Just email us.
When will my order arrive?
We will deliver portrait packages to your school within SIX weeks of Picture Day.
FOR PRESCHOOLS: When you order online, you can choose your preferred shipping method and ship-to address. Sorry, but there is no complimentary school drop off or pick up at our office.
Can I re-order?
Of course. Just email us your child’s full name, school and class–we’ll get back to you with next steps.
I love my child's portrait–can you take mine too?
Yes, of course–great portraits to use personally or professionally have a huge impact. Go ahead –you deserve it! (And we promise to make you look good.)

Yes indeed–we'd love to. We also offer summer and fall specials. Here's a link to our current family portrait specials.
My company's needs professional portraits for our new website/rebrand. Can you guys do this?
Yes, we'd be happy to. All companies–big or small–should have great, consistent and professional portraits. We are available to can take individual portraits, candids, group shots, retreats, events... whatever you need.
